“ We went here today for lunch and I had the rare beef pho and my mom had chicken with the beef broth. The broth was flavorful and different but not in a bad way. My beef was tender with no fatty or chewy parts. The accompaniments were fresh. Both bowls were a fair price of $13.50. Overall, no complaints. ”
“ Came as they were closing (we didnt know they close at 9pm) and they insisted that it was ok to dine in. I ordered a bowl of pho to share with my friend with some fresh rolls. The broth hit the spot, I would love to come back here and try some of their other dishes. On a recent trip to visit friends, I found myself a bit under the weather and knew exactly what I wanted for dinner. I took the recommendations of others who said this place had the best veggie pho, and I was not led astray! This was seriously the best veggie pho I've ever had! It was fresh and flavorful, and the tofu was cooked just right. I liked that there was an option for a larger broth, as the broth is really my jam when it comes to pho. I even found the noodles better than others I've had, and I can only explain that as the right ratio of broth to noodles. All in all, this is a great spot, and I would definitely get more pho from them when I am back in Seattle! ”
